The location of this hotel is perfect, nestled by a gorgeous garden and within walking distance to some nice wineries. It's also in a great location to explore the town and nearby wineries, and they even provide bicycles for free to help you get around. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The attention to detail is impressive, with the nicest bath towels I have ever experienced in a hotel.
The only minor setback was the bed, which for me was a bit too firm. However, this could easily be remedied with a mattress topper.

The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the heated blankets kept us cozy during the wintry nights. We also enjoyed the sauna and large-sized spa. The surrounding garden was beautiful, and we loved having breakfast on the deck. The location was convenient, with two wineries within walking distance. The breakfast had a good selection and was restocked every morning. The location was convenient since it was close to the city centre and the airport, making it easy to get around. The room amenities included all necessary toiletries which saved me the hassle of carrying extra things.
There wasn't enough closet space. The pillows were too flat and uncomfortable, causing neck problems.

Great place to spend Christmas! the breakfast was amazing, with lots of options like fresh bread, cereals, spreads, and juices. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the wine region and near several wineries. the cottage had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the spa and electric bikes that were offered. It was delightful to relax in the peaceful garden.
The cottage was not serviced daily, which fell short of our expectations. We also missed having a doona quilt instead of heavy blankets, which were not suitable for allergy sufferers.
